THE FOUNDERS
Founder and Managing Director
David is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in strategy and project management, specializing in urban development. He has successfully led a 40-person delegation to Rwanda in partnership with Ibuka in 2006. David holds a master's degree from SciencesPo and an executive master's degree from ESCP School.
ALAIN NGIRINSHUTI
Founding Partner
With over a decade of experience in the European insurance industry, Alain has been serving as the General Counsel of the Rwanda Social Security Board (B) since 2017. Additionally, he is a board member of the African Business Lawyers Club (ABLC) and has previously held the position of General Secretary Ibuka Europe. Alain holds a Master's degree in Law.
YANNICK MIARA
Founding Partner
Yannick, a civil engineer and architect, has over 8 years of experience designing more than 30 projects in Belgium and Germany. He moved to Rwanda in 2017 and he became a partner in EAACON. He established his business in Rwanda. He obtained his diploma in Civil Engineering and Architecture from Belgium in 2009.
AIMÉ BAKATA NKUNZI
Founding Partner
In 2011, Aimé established EAACON architecture studio in Kali in partnership with global design studios, following 18 years of work experience in Belgium. EAACON, which employs 20 architects and engineers, specializes in designing and supervising the construction of various projects in Rwanda.
Founding Partner
Serge, who has held various senior positions including at the Rwanda Development Board, is the CEO of Volkswagen Mobility Solutions Rwanda. He has earned a MA in International Economic Law from Sorbonne-Paris, a MA in European Studies from College of Europe, and a LLM in German-French Private Law from the University of Cologne.

Optimal Gestion is a French company that offers financial consulting and real-estate investment. It was founded by Yonathan, who has 20+ years of entrepreneurship experience and graduated from HEC Business school. Yonathan is also the President of the Representative Council of the French Jewish institutions (CRIF)
